Familia Arminidae

Pruvot-Fol, 1927

Arminaceans in which the mantle is ample and contains numerous pustular lateral glands; beneath its rim on either side is a symmetrical series of branchial projections, the gills and the lateral lamellae. Large jaws are present. Radula broad, with well-developed denticulate rachidian teeth. The digestive gland is much-divided, and its lobes penetrate the branchiae.
