Familia Omalogyridae

Sars G.O., 1878

Shell very small (1 mm diameter), a biconcave planospiral of up to four whorls. Aperture circular. Snout broad, bilobed, and ciliate, with eyes at base of each lobe; cephalic tentacles absent. Foot bilobed anteriorly, with a median pedal gland opening on sole. No ctenidium.
