Genus Chaetoderma

Lóven, 1845

Uniformly cylindrical body, sometimes with an anteriorly placed constriction. The radular teeth are represented only by pairs of isolated denticles without basal connections or are entirely lacking; lateral supports simple when present, basal plate strongly developed. The foot-shield is homogeneous and the digestive midgut gland is long.
